This unusual bowl feels as smooth as velvet. Made in Aomori prefecture in northern Japan by Bunaco. Bunaco refers to a traditional Japanese technique of handcutting, coiling and glueing together thin strips of beechwood into a roll. This roll is then shaped by hand to make the unique pieces.
