Japanese hand-made timber plate. This oak timber plate has a very light grain through it, and a lovely oval shape.

The timber for these bowls and plates has all been carefully selected to achieve the most interesting effects. They are distinctly hand-made, with assymetrical shapes, and natural wood grains and knots. The finish on the timber is smooth like velvet, so they are as tactile as they are visually appealing. They are finished with Canola oil.


Size:40mm H x 210mm diameter.

Care: Wash gently with warm water and mild soap, no scourers.  Do not place in dishwasher or microwave. Do not put strongly coloured foods or liquids (i.e. beetroot/red wine/curry powder) in the bowl, as it may stain them.
